I'm Victoria

I'm a holistic practitioner drawing on 8+ years as a Nutritional Therapist, Head of Wellbeing & Development in Tech, and most recently training as a Somatic Stress Release Practitioner.

I help busy, overstretched women feel more calm, grounded & resilient by working with the body holistically.

​

If you've ever been the overachieving people pleaser who prioritised everyone else until you burnt out, I see you - because I've been there too.

I learnt the hard way that to soften and slow is the way to strengthen. Now I guide other women towards this gentler, whole-body approach to health and inner strength, too.

Before the [somatic] session I didn't really believe it could make any real difference. As someone who doesn't tend to relax, I was surprised at how I enjoyed just taking the hour for myself. Having Victoria guide you through it was definitely helpful, and it didn't feel forced.
 
After I felt surprised that I could see how this can actually work, it is quite hard to explain, but you can literally feel the release of any inner body weight you may be carrying. I never really thought of using the whole body as we tend to just focus on the brain. I think this would be great for all walks of life, as we all process things differently, especially internally. Personally though, if you are stressed for any reason, I would highly recommend this.
