I'm Victoria

I'm a nervous system practitioner with 8+ years as a Nutritional Therapist, Head of Wellbeing & Development in Tech, and Somatic Practitioner.

If you've ever been the overachieving perfectionist who prioritised everyone else until you burnt out, I see you, because I've been there too.

I learnt the hard way that the nervous system strengthens under a softer approach than the 'forcing and fixing' way we've been taught to get things done.
