Welcome! I’m Victoria.
I'm a Holistic Nervous System Practitioner helping overstretched individuals feel grounded, resilient, and at ease in their bodies.
My approach draws on 9+ years of experience supporting professionals with a blend of nutritional therapy, practical lifestyle tools, mindset work, and somatic practices. I'm passionate about a person-centred approach to create a space where healing feels safe, playful, and empowering.
As an INFJ, Aries sun Cap rising, 4/6 Projector, and Enneagram 1 - I was basically destined to burn out following society’s systems, so I could learn and then guide others toward a more gentle (and more effective) system.
I learnt the hard way that real resilience doesn’t come from constant pushing harder and hustling. It actually comes from feeling safe enough to restore, explore, and grow.

How I Got Here
My path to this work has been a wiggly one - like most healing journeys are!
When I look back through my life, it's apparent I’ve always been fascinated by the mind-body connection. During my art degree, I explored the subconscious through meditative drawing - long before I realised it was a form of somatic practice.
Then came my “high-achiever era.”
I was climbing the career ladder at a start-up, studying nutrition, procurement, collecting promotions and responsibilities… and running entirely on caffeine, adrenaline and productivity hacks. I told myself it was busy and exciting, but underneath the achievement was exhaustion and health issues, which eventually caught up with me.
After qualifying as a Nutritional Therapist, I helped people heal their gut and skin, but one thing kept blocking their progress: stress. At the same time, my career transitioned to leading Wellbeing and People Development in tech. There I saw how even the most capable, intelligent people were running on empty - despite having all the tools available to them.
You can eat the perfect diet, have a great routine, and look like you have it all together on the outside, but if your body doesn’t feel safe to rest, you'll end up burnt out - like I did.
Enter somatic work... the missing piece of the puzzle I had been looking for, for myself, and the people I supported.
Now, I support others to ground their nervous system with holistic tools tailored to their life goals, so that they can operate with more calm, ease and resilience.
