What is it?

A one-off 1:1 consultation to reboot your energy, clarity, and confidence in your health, without overwhelm.

Before the consultation, you’ll complete a short questionnaire and food diary.

During the 60 minute 1:1 we dive into your health history, daily habits, current nutrition assessment, and what’s really standing between you and feeling your best.​​
