Through this program, you'll be supported in the way that you've often provided for others, but rarely allowed yourself to receive. All parts of you will be seen and supported, creating a more integrated and personalised health plan - one that tends to the physical, emotional, and mental parts of you that are desiring attention.
Together we will gently unravel the stories that lead you to self-sacrifice, through somatics. We will rebuild your physical resilience with nutrition + lifestyle tools, and address challenges and blocks as they arise by applying healthy regulation tools.

It is gentle, embodied, and sustainable. It's for women who are ready to find strength in softening and self-enquiry. Not by pushing or forcing but by building a relationship with their body.
I use science-backed nutrition, nervous system regulation tools like somatic practices, spiritual modalities such as human design, as well as practical lifestyle tools to create effective change.
I know how hard slowing down can feel if you've been living your life at 100mph, because that was me too. Together, we’ll work with your inner state, so you can move forward with clarity, self-trust, and confidence.

WHY THIS APPROACH WORKS
Over the past decade years, I've helped over 100 people feel better in their bodies and minds - both as a gut health nutritionist, and as a Head of Wellbeing & Development supporting employees through high performance and burnout.
Working across both, I kept noticing the same thing: the people who struggled most weren't missing willpower or information. They were stuck because no one was looking at the whole picture.
Stress doesn't just live in your head or one organ. It shows up in your digestion, your energy, your habits, your sleep, and the deeper stories embedded in your life experiences. Treating the body as separate only gets you so far.
The Unhurried Body brings it all together. We work with what you eat, how your body holds stress, and the small daily habits that either drain you or restore you. We also make room for the things that genuinely make you feel like yourself, like rest, creativity, joy - because they're part of how you heal too!
The goal isn't to tell you exactly what to do, but rather to help you understand your own body well enough to take care of it for life.

MONTH ONE: Foundations for Nourishment 1x Comprehensive Intake Assessment (1hr) : A deep dive into your current nutrition, lifestyle, stress patterns, and goals. 1x Personalised Health Plan: A step-by-step blueprint to support your nervous system. 2x Somatic Calls (60 mins): To explore where the body needs support and resource.
MONTH TWO: Integration & Overcoming Challenges 3x Somatic Calls (60 mins): To explore where the body needs support and resource. 1x Accountability Call (30 mins): To explore blocks & challenges and keep you on track. Nervous System Regulation Toolkit (on demand): Simple, science-backed tools to switch off “always on” mode and recover faster between demands. Ongoing Nutrition & Lifestyle Adjustments: Based on real-time feedback from your body and schedule.
MONTH THREE: Optimisation & Long-Term Habits 3x Somatic Call (60 mins): To explore where the body needs support and resource going forward. 1x Accountability & Coaching Call (30 mins) : to review your progress on the program and discuss a success plan to take forwards.
ADDITIONAL SUPPORT Email reminders to keep you on track. Email support Monday - Friday between 9am-5pm to support you with any challenges that may come up. Personalised resources such as educational handouts, journal prompts, hacks and recipes.
