But deep down, something still feels off.

No matter how much you want to feel energised, calm and focused - whether it’s finally shutting the laptop at a reasonable hour, saying no without guilt, or having enough bandwidth for your own life - it feels like some invisible force keeps pulling you back into the same cycle of overcommitting, overgiving, and running on empty.

And until you retrain the way your body feels safety, fuel, and rest, your brain will keep dragging you back into burnout. I know this because for years I tried to outthink, meditate and journal my stress. It helped, a little, but it was only one piece of the puzzle.

I'm Victoria. I help overstretched women like you leverage your health with a more gentle approach.

Before you go further, I want you to know that the work I do isn’t a quick-fix pill...
 

It is gentle, embodied, and sustainable. It's for women who are ready to find strength in softening and self-enquiry. Not by pushing or forcing but by building a relationship with their body.
 

I use science-backed nutrition, nervous system regulation tools like somatic practices, spiritual modalities such as human design, as well as practical lifestyle tools to create effective change.

 

I know how hard slowing down can feel if you've been living your life at 100mph. Together, we’ll work with your inner state, so you can move forward with clarity, self-trust, and confidence.

  1. Nutrition: Look at all of the parts we consume in life - from nutrition to hobbies, relationships and environment - to find more nourishment.

  2. Somatics: Using the body to get into the deeper parts that want to be heard and answered for your expansion.

  3. Integration: Practical, playful and kind ways to involve this work into your life structures.

HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT OVER THE 12 WEEKS

MONTH ONE: Foundations for Nourishment 1x Comprehensive Intake Assessment (1hr) : A deep dive into your current nutrition, lifestyle, stress patterns, and goals. 1x Personalised Health & Performance Plan: A step-by-step blueprint to support your nervous system. 1x Somatic Call (60 mins): To explore where the body needs support and resource.

MONTH TWO: Integration & Overcoming Challenges 1x Somatic Call (60 mins): To explore where the body needs support and resource. 1x Accountability Call (30 mins): To explore blocks & challenges and keep you on track. Nervous System Regulation Toolkit (on demand): Simple, science-backed tools to switch off “always on” mode and recover faster between demands. Ongoing Nutrition & Lifestyle Adjustments: Based on real-time feedback from your body and schedule.

MONTH THREE: Optimisation & Long-Term Habits 1x Somatic Call (60 mins): To explore where the body needs support and resource going forward. 1x Accountability & Coaching Call (30 mins) : to review your progress on the program and discuss a success plan to take forwards.

ADDITIONAL SUPPORT Weekly email reminders to keep you on track. Email support Monday - Friday between 9am-5pm to support you with any challenges that may come up. Personalised resources such as educational handouts, journal prompts, hacks and recipes.
