Most clients spend 30 mins-1 hour a week engaging with the content, plus time to practice simple strategies throughout their day. You can go at your own pace, focusing on small, consistent actions that add up to big results.

Is there a discount or payment plan option?Yes! You can receive a discount for an upfront payment of £1,200, or pay in 3 monthly instalments of £420.
